Vision and Values:

At the core of our governance framework are our vision and values. We are committed to promoting excellence in leadership, advancing the field of leaderology, and fostering a community that thrives on integrity, collaboration, and innovation. Our values guide every aspect of our association's governance.

Board of Directors:

The Board of Directors serves as the governing body responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and overall management of the National Leaderology Association. Comprised of experienced leaders from diverse backgrounds, the Board brings a wealth of expertise and insights to guide the association's policies and initiatives.

Executive Leadership:

The Executive Leadership team, led by the Executive Director, collaborates closely with the Board of Directors to implement the association's strategic vision and ensure effective day-to-day operations. They are responsible for overseeing various departments, coordinating initiatives, and driving the association towards its goals.

Committees and Task Forces:

To address specific areas of focus and facilitate member engagement, the National Leaderology Association establishes committees and task forces. These dedicated groups, comprised of volunteers and subject matter experts, work on key initiatives, such as research, events, education, membership, and advocacy. They play a crucial role in shaping and implementing association programs and initiatives.

Decision-Making Processes:

The National Leaderology Association follows a structured decision-making process that ensures transparency, inclusivity, and accountability. Important decisions, including strategic planning, policy development, and budget allocation, are made collectively, considering the diverse perspectives and expertise of our governance members.

Member Engagement:

We believe in actively engaging our members in the association's governance. As a member, you have opportunities to provide input, share feedback, and participate in discussions through channels such as forums, surveys, and various meetings. Your insights and contributions are highly valued and help shape the association's direction.
